What happens when an enormous crocodile boards a train and selfishly takes up a whole car? Who will be brave enough to speak to him? And will the crocodile be willing to think about the people around him? A book about presumptions and thoughtfulness.
Age Group: Preschool (3-5)
How should we tell someone that s/he is being inconsiderate? It may be unpleasant, and lead to conflict. When a crocodile gets on the train, taking up an entire railroad car, the other passengers are upset, but worry and dare not tell him so. Of all of them, it is the little chick who plucks up the courage and innocently approaches the crocodile in good faith and without bias. The chick teaches us in his own way that, sometimes, all we need to do is dare to have a heart to heart.
